Kingswells is a modern purpose built veterinary hospital. It has operating facilities for both small and large animals as well as a separate dental surgery for cats and dogs. There are large, well equipped cattery and kennel areas for in-patients and an isolation unit for unvaccinated or quarantined pets.

The equine hospital has a comprehensive operating theatre with padded knock-down & recovery area which is monitored by cctv. There are stables available for horses which require hospitalization.

The hospital has radiography and ultrasound scanning available on site.
