Our fees are carefully constructed to reflect the complexity of a particular procedure, the expertise needed and also the facilities and nursing staff required. We feel that our fees represent good value for money and we will never try to sell you a service or product that your pet doesn’t need.
We do, however, realise that veterinary fees can mount up, often in an emergency, so we will always endeavour to give you an estimate of fees and keep you informed of any on-going costs. We recommend pet and equine insurance and encourage you to discuss treatment costs with your vet, as good communication at this stage can avoid any misunderstandings further down the line
