I just wanted to say thank you for holding the Puppy Care Night!  I’ve never had a dog before so I found it full of really useful and interesting info, and it has given me a bit more confidence to go and find the right puppy for our family.  Seeing things from a Nurse, Vet and Trainer perspective was fascinating and it’s great to know there is so much advice and support out there.  Thanks too for the goodie bag and the tour around your amazing facilities
Much appreciated.

I’ve always found Ardene house very welcoming and friendly. Staff are courteous and understanding, especially when families need their support at the end of their pets ‘life. We came back because of our excellent experience with the Vets and the added bonus of good opening hours and the fact it’s also a hospital. An excellent practice all round

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved in caring for Beck over his 19 years. During his last few months he wasn’t in the best of health and we made the very difficult decision to end his life on the 5th December. It was one of the saddest days for us. We received a lovely card from you all at Ardene which was lovely, and today i collected Beck’s ashes, presented beautifuly. He will be buried in one of his favourite spots in his garden. Thanks again for everythingLorna Sinclair

The staff are brilliant. They fully appreciate that your pet seeing you, even for 5 minutes when they’re meant to be closing, will aid their recovery. Knowing that my dog is being cared for, not just looked after, is so reassuring at a time of enormous worry. Thank you guys so much for the care and compassion shown not just to Benji but to us, his family

The best vets ever, so helpful and understanding, listen to what you have to say.
We had to have our fur baby put to sleep, it broke our hearts but, they were there for us, got her ashes in a lovely box, they dealt with it all.
We got another cat but, was to hyper, then another one who was vicious, finally we have another beautiful baby who is poorly, a lot of things came to light about her back ground and the vets were there for us.  Nothing is too much trouble.  Thank you all for being there when we need someone. x

Mopsy and I would like to express a massive thank you to all the staff at Ardene House who have helped us, especially Alison Cheshire who performed Mops' ops and is in charge of her medical care.  Clearly a very skilled veterinarian but also a really lovely girl too.  Can't recommend her and this practice highly enough!

Unfortunately had to have my cat O’Maly put down last week. If it wasn’t for the help of Nicky and Shirley it would of been an even more difficult time than it already was. Thank you to all of the Bridge of Don staff over the many years. You’ve been brilliant X

"Thank you very much for all of the kindness and compassion shown by the team at Kingswells when dealing with the heart breaking time of saying goodbye to Sox.  Allowing us all the time we needed to say goodbye, not having to worry about any arrangements or payment at that difficult time, is truly appreciated.  The condolence card was a lovely thought.  Excellent care and compassion, above and beyond anything expected."
