I graduated from Edinburgh university in 2018 and decided to head to the green fields of New Zealand an entire week later. I worked over there for nearly four years, dairy farming, lamb marking and working as a mixed animal vet in the south of the South Island, mostly large scale dairy work. I decided to return to Scotland in May 2022 and found my way to Ardene house where I’m excited to be focusing on farm work. I spend my weekends hanging out with my mini fox terrier Pickle, a picnic and my hiking boots.
